Dr. Dushyant Kumar Sharma is working as Professor of Zoology in Govt. Model Science College, Gwalior, M.P. He has been working in Department of Higher Education, Government of Madhya Pradesh since 1993. He did B.Sc. Zoology (Hons) from Hindu College, University of Delhi, Delhi and received his M.Sc. and M. Phil degrees from University of Delhi, Delhi. Dr. Sharma obtained his Ph. D degree from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University Agra, U.P. Besides teaching, he is actively engaged in research. His main areas of interest are biochemistry, microbiology, immunology, hematology and environmental sciences. He has authored books on Biochemistry and Microbiology and edited books on Biological Diversity and Current Research in Environmental Sciences. He is a co-author of two books on Civil Services Preliminary Exams. He has contributed several research papers in various national and international journals. He is a member of Editorial Boards of Indian Journal of Scientific Research and Indian Journal of Life Sciences.
