Dr. Irfan Ahmad Bisati is presently working as Assistant Prof. (Senior Scale) in Fruit Science at Directorate of Extension, SKUAST-Kashmir, Shalimar, Srinagar, J&K, India. He has completed his M.Sc. (Fruit Science) in 2002 from Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences, Deemed University, Allahabad, U.P. and Ph.D. (Fruit Science) from SKUAST-Kashmir in 2012. He has been awarded Silver Medal by securing position in M.Sc. (Fruit Science). He has more than 10 years of Research/Extension/Teaching experience. He has also published more than 20 research papers in peer reviewed national and international journals. Dr. Umar Iqbal presently working as Assistant Professor-cum-Junior Scientist, Division of Fruit Science, Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir, India. He has done his graduation in Agriculture from Dr. Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth, Dapoli, Maharashtra, India; M.Sc. Agriculture (Pomology) from SKUAST-K and Ph.D Agriculture (Fruit Science) from SKUAST-Jammu. He was recipient of merit scholarship during Ph.D programme. Dr. Iqbal has taught various horticultural courses at the undergraduate and post graduate levels during his service period. He has concluded satisfactorily two externally funded projects by HTM and MIDH as Principal Investigator and being Co-PI in another externally funded project by Potash Research Institute (PRI) and International Potash Institute (IPI). He has worked at Central Institute of Temperate Horticulture (CITH) as Research Associate before being appointed in the university. Dr. Umar has published more than 26 research papers in Indian and foreign journals. Dr. Umar has contributed chapters in more than four books. Dr. Suja Nabi Qureshi, presently working as Scientist (Horticulture) at KVK, Reasi, SKUAST-Jammu since June 2015. He did B.Sc. (Horticulture) from DR. BSKKV, Dapoli (Maharashtra), M.Sc. (Fruit Science) from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra and Ph.D. (Fruit Science) from SKUAST-K in 2014. He also qualified for NET""ICAR in 2010 in Horticulture. He has published many research papers, articles, pamphlets etc.
