The agricultural economics can change the economic scenario of the cultivars and increase the income and employment. It is in accordance with the latest syllabi prescribed by various agricultural Indian universities. Therefore, agricultural economics practical literatures are needed to graduate; postgraduate and doctoral students for enhance the knowledge. An attempt has made to provide elementary principles, theories, models, and concepts appropriate to study agricultural economics for undergraduate, graduate, PhD scholars appearing in different competitive examinations for best under-standing with emphasis on its economic analysis. There is a need of such book that intended to meet the requirement of all graduates, undergraduates and research scholars preparing for the paper of agricultural economics. It will also provide useful information to contestants for various competitive examinations. The Syllabus of all the Indian universities and most of the foreign universities has tried to cover.

Dr. Ramchandra, presently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics, Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. He is recipient of various prestigious awards. He is teaching Micro- and Macro-Agricultural Economics, Advance Macro-Economics, Forest Economics, Economics of Agroforestry, Economics and Marketing Research Methodology for Social Sciences and Advance Research Methodology to the under-graduates, post-graduates, and doctoral students. He guided more than four dozens of post-graduate students and five research scholars. He has published five books, 51 research papers, number of articles in International and National journals.
