About The Author
Dr. (Ms) Suman Prasad Maurya (b.1963) is presently Dean, Home Science and Professor & Head (Human Development and Family Studies) at College of Home Science, N. D. University of Agriculture & Technology, Kumarganj, Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. She is also looking after the Department of Textile and Apparel Designing in the Agricultural University. During this period she has taught both Undergraduate and Postgraduate students’ courses in the institutions like National Institute of Public Corporation and Child Development (NIPCCD), New Delhi and Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Sultanpur (U.P.). She has 74 publications to her credit in professional journals. Dr. (Ms) Maurya has knowledge in food sciences and understanding in food quality and diagnostic of various foods products.
